Fictional character OfFred of the Handmaid’s Tale series has reportedly been chastised by her current owners, after being accused of spending too much time in front of the household’s TV watching the new Canadian Hulu “South of the Border” dystopian series by author Margaret Atwood. According to an interview recently conducted by Rolling Stone magazine, the red-cloaked star talked about being “captivated and mesmerized” by the first 12 installments, released on February 14. “I hardly have any time anymore to practice my monthly position”, she said, adding that she was thrilled that Gilead TV (GTV) had picked up the TV rights to the best selling book.

“What amazes me, is that there are so many things in it that actually COULD happen – I mean, highly unlikely, but still! I know it’s fiction, but it’s COMPELLING plotlines, and some episodes I’m just sitting on the edge of my ankle chains. Omg!”.

OfFred says she hopes to return to work in the very near future, causing her normal tons of shit while she carves out a new plan to fling herself towards Canada.
